Single rooms

• The room rates are per person/night incl. of our vitality breakfast from a minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays of less than 4 nights a surcharge of € 10.00 on the B&B rate applies.
• A flat fee of € 18.00 per night is charged for children up to 3 years. For children up to 7 years staying in the parent's room we charge € 28.00 per night; for children up to 14 years € 40.00 per night. For every extra adult in a room we charge € 50.00 per night.

General information:

• The Visitor's Tax of € 2.00 (€ 1.55 for the Apartment Suites Garden Superior  and "SINA" Deluxe and Small) per person and day from 14 years is payable separately.
  
• In order to confirm your booking we require your credit card information (Visa, Euro or Mastercard) with card number, name of card holder and expiration date. If you have no credit card, we ask for a deposit (bank transfer) of 30% of the total price with indication of the date of arrival and departure.
• The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the room or apartment booking. Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.
• Pets and smoking in the hotel rooms are not allowed.
• On the day of arrival the room/apartment is at your disposal from 3 pm. Late check-in is possible until 9 pm.
• The final bill can be paid in cash up to € 999.99, or with Visa, Euro or Mastercard.
• Check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm
• Check-out: between 10 am and 11 am
